Customer Quality Manager

About the role

LEM is seeking a Customer Quality Manager for its Quality team in Sofia. You will be the primary technical liaison for both internal and external customers, driving audits, failure analysis and corrective actions to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first technical contact for customers and coordinate internal responses.
• Organise and lead customer audits, delivering action plans to closure.
• Provide initial responses within three days (D3) as required.
• Manage the failure analysis team’s tasks and priorities.
• Collaborate with LEM departments to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain and update documentation and procedures for customer quality management.
• Prepare reports on customer returns and satisfaction activities.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement programmes and enhance tools and knowledge base.

Required profile

• Education in Electronics or a related field with relevant work experience.
• Understanding of mechanical issues and the return management process.
• Ability to assess urgency and communicate it across the organisation.
• Strong customer‑focus, diplomacy and critical‑thinking mindset.

Required skills

• Electronics knowledge.
• Mechanical issue analysis.
• Problem‑solving tools such as 8D reports and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Failure analysis and return management expertise.
