Customer Service Specialist – Ukrainian & English

About the role

AP Companies, a global medical assistance provider, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist fluent in Ukrainian and English to support insured members and clients worldwide. The role is fully remote and involves handling medical treatment coordination and communication with providers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, register, process and report on medical treatment requests worldwide.
• Maintain and update internal database with case information.
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insured members, and clients via email and phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations, including GDPR.
• Protect business confidentiality and maintain secure handling of data.

Required profile

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients.
• Proficient computer user with reliable internet connection.
• Self‑disciplined and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Team‑oriented, able to follow directions and incorporate feedback.
