Customer Support Agent – Gaming Industry (Portuguese Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for Portuguese‑speaking Customer Support Agents to join our gaming and betting client’s team in Varna. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers mainly via chat and email while delivering fast, accurate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inquiries about account setup, verification, login issues, financial transactions, betting questions, bonuses and platform navigation.
• Provide prompt technical and service‑related solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build trust through clear, respectful and empathetic communication, maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to internal processes.
• Support customers across multiple channels, including chat, email and social media.

Required profile

• Native‑level Portuguese with advanced written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call centre.
• Strong empathy, active listening and ability to personalize interactions.
• Knowledge of responsible gaming, data protection and gaming regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
