Senior Assistant Front Office – Spanish Language (Varna)

About the role

The Senior Assistant Front Office supports the newly created Customer Service team within the Bulgaria Shared Service Center, handling daily front‑office operations for the Spanish market. The role focuses on delivering service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring smooth migration of activities to the SSC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Spanish customers, handling billing, orders, payments and related queries via phone, email and the Customer Portal.
• Analyse financial data to reduce bad‑debt risk, increase collections and support order management.
• Resolve customer disputes by coordinating with internal departments and monitoring timely completion.
• Escalate significant account issues to management and sales teams.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities and maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and portfolio handbooks.
• Train customers on the MyCCEP portal and promote self‑service usage.

Required profile

• Medium‑grade studies with experience in client portfolio management.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude and good communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish (or Catalan) and English (minimum C1).
