About the role

Join an international team in Sofia as a German‑Speaking Billing Service Agent. You will support German‑speaking customers with billing inquiries and help deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist German‑speaking customers with billing‑related questions and issues.
• Provide clear, professional support and explain billing information.
• Maintain high standards of service and communication.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient customer interactions.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in German (C1/C2).
• English at B1/B2 level.
• Customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sofia.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in German.
• Basic English communication skills.
