Retention Agent – Client Relationship Specialist

About the role

Join a leading global brokerage firm’s retention team in Sofia, supporting traders across Africa. You will build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long‑term engagement with our trading platforms and services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone, email or chat to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
• Educate clients on trading platforms, products and tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries and guide them through the trading process.
• Work towards individual and team targets while collaborating with colleagues to improve the client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retention or a similar client‑facing role is a strong advantage.
• Positive, winner‑spirit attitude and high motivation to learn in the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target‑driven environment.
