About the role

Join TELUS Digital's new Game Support Team in Sofia, Bulgaria, as a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist. You will assist players in resolving issues, ensure a top‑notch player experience, and relay player feedback to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to players experiencing technical or account‑related issues.
• Gather and communicate player feedback to the appropriate product and operations teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with a good command of English.
• Passionate gamer with an understanding of player communities and mindset.
• Strong empathy and ability to view issues from the player’s perspective.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Basic computer literacy for handling support tickets and documentation.
