Danish-Speaking Customer Support Associate – Telecommunications

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Support Associates for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting a major international telecommunications provider in partnership with a global customer experience leader. This is a dedicated customer care position with no sales or upselling responsibilities, working in a professional and collaborative office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Danish across phone, email and live chat
• Help subscribers with account management, SIM card activation, credit top-ups, roaming packages, billing and mobile plan settings
• Give clear product information and guide users to first-contact resolution
• Record customer interactions and updates accurately in internal CRM systems
• Maintain service quality standards, response times and compliance procedures
• Provide empathetic, patient and professional assistance, with zero sales targets

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (B2 or higher), written and spoken
• Solid English (B2 or higher) for training, accreditation and internal communication
• Secondary or higher education (undergraduate, graduate or equivalent)
• Prior experience in customer care, BPO, telecom support or ticketing is an advantage
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia on a fixed weekday schedule

Required skills

• Digital literacy: navigating multiple operating systems, browser tabs and CRM tools
• Verbal communication, active listening and professional written grammar

What we offer

• Full-time on-site work Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00, weekends off
• Base salary of EUR 2,000 gross per month, with performance-based bonus potential
