Danish-Speaking Products Support Specialist - Wearables

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Danish-speaking Products Support Specialists for an international wearable technology project based in Sofia, Bulgaria, partnering with a global leader in digital solutions and customer experience. You will help Danish-speaking users set up their smart wearables, integrate the companion app and navigate its features, diagnosing hardware and software questions with empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high-quality customer and technical support to Danish speakers via inbound calls and ticketing channels.
• Help users troubleshoot iOS and Android integrations, Bluetooth connectivity, device settings and data synchronization.
• Guide customers through routine device operations, features and maintenance.
• Spot recurring software glitches or trending hardware issues and escalate them to the supervisory and technical teams.
• Log cases, diagnostics and solutions in internal ticketing databases.
• Work with an international, multicultural support team to keep customer satisfaction metrics high.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish (B2 or higher) for verbal and written customer interaction.
• Working knowledge of English (B1/B2) for training and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with standard iOS and Android settings and functions.
• Strong troubleshooting, empathy and active listening; team-oriented and open communicator.
• Willingness to work full time in Sofia on weekdays 10:30–19:00, weekends off.
• Living in Bulgaria or ready to relocate; relocation package available.
