Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver onsite end‑user assistance, manage office IT infrastructure, and oversee asset lifecycle activities. The role combines hands‑on technical troubleshooting with project‑based support for office moves, hardware refreshes, and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related infrastructure.
• Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technology.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal and stock management.
• Support office moves, equipment relocations and technology deployments for business events.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Hands‑on experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams and third‑party vendors.
