Digital Ad Sales Specialist with French

About the role

Accenture is looking for a motivated Digital Ad Sales Specialist who is fluent in French to join its Inside Sales team in Sofia. You will work on behalf of a leading global social media platform, helping small‑ and medium‑size advertisers grow their revenue through consultative selling and product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers, identifying opportunities to increase spend on social media advertising solutions.
• Conduct proactive outreach and respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, assessing campaign performance and recommending optimisations.
• Provide tailored consulting on product adoption, ensuring clients achieve their marketing goals.
• Develop deep knowledge of the platform’s advertising products, trends, and performance drivers.
• Track and report on sales metrics, contributing to team targets.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and multi‑touch cross‑selling abilities.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and solution‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Motivation to undergo structured sales training and adapt to evolving client needs.
