Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a flexible hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a leading global customer experience provider. You will support Dutch-speaking customers with account operations, payment administration and billing inquiries, such as balance updates, direct debit changes and account troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing about account balances, billing statements and account status.
• Help customers set up, update and troubleshoot direct debit authorisations and recurring payments.
• Resolve account and administrative enquiries quickly while meeting quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate records, customer logs and account histories in CRM systems.
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and escalate complex cases.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
• Good English (B1/B2) for onboarding, system use and internal collaboration.
• Prior experience in customer support, administration, banking or financial operations is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and join an international team.

• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Solid organisational skills and comfort with digital tools and databases.
• Analytical, process-driven approach to problem solving.
