Dutch‑Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor in Sofia

About the role

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch‑speaking professional to join its logistics team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will act as the primary point of contact for Dutch‑language clients, handling complex supply‑chain inquiries and ensuring smooth delivery operations across international warehouses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end communication with Dutch‑speaking customers regarding logistics and supply‑chain issues.
• Coordinate with international warehouses and transport partners to maintain accurate delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve delivery discrepancies, tracking problems, and bottlenecks.
• Update shipment status using specialized logistics software and provide real‑time tracking information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise routes and improve overall supply‑chain efficiency.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders for continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong English proficiency for international communication.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or client‑facing support roles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex delivery problems.
