Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

At Graphwise, a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed technology company, the Finance & Accounting Specialist will support the North America entity while strengthening the overall finance function. Reporting to the VP Finance, the role blends hands‑on accounting with financial analysis and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of accounting, month‑end close and financial reporting for the US entity, covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate cash collection and accounts receivable activities with sales and internal stakeholders to maintain a healthy AR ledger.
• Support employee time‑tracking and labor cost allocation across projects and business lines.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, balance‑sheet control reviews and ensure general‑ledger integrity.
• Assist commercial teams during RFP processes and manage statutory compliance reporting, including national statistics filings and investor requests.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in accounting and finance with experience in month‑end close and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and passion for improving finance processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with US‑based personnel, external advisors and internal teams.
