Financial Analyst (Commercial / Supply Chain)

About the role

Coca‑Cola HBC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support decision‑making across its commercial and supply‑chain functions. The role offers exposure to the full FMCG value chain, allowing the analyst to develop expertise in either commercial finance (brands, pricing, promotions) or supply‑chain finance (manufacturing, logistics, cost control).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse profitability of brands, categories, customers or supply‑chain activities and identify key cost and revenue drivers.
• Provide financial evaluation for new product launches, promotions, operational improvements and cost initiatives.
• Contribute to annual business planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses for operating expenses, COGS and brand P&Ls.
• Support month‑end closing, ensuring accurate reflection of commercial and operational activities in the P&L.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in audit, FP&A, commercial finance, supply‑chain finance or business analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of P&L mechanics and cost structures.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• SAP (experience preferred)
• Power BI or similar BI tools
