Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

The Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for analyzing monthly financial performance and key performance indicators across Support and SG&A functions, helping business leaders understand results and variances. The role develops reporting tools and data sets to support month‑end close, forecasting and budgeting, while also managing the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Support and SG&A financial performance during month‑end close, forecasting and budgeting cycles.
• Develop analytical tools and reports to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Support monthly financial close processes and improve forecasting and budgeting procedures.
• Manage CapEx reporting, project tracking, forecasting and depreciation.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Present financial information to non‑financial audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel, database and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise financial planning/reporting systems and global organizations.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, MBA, Master's degree, ACA, CIMA or ACCA are a plus.
