Financial Data Analyst

About the role

The Financial Data Analyst will support corporate and operational decision‑making through financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will work across multiple data sources and business units to evaluate performance, identify trends and risks, and contribute to cost‑optimization and competitive analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Performance analysis – analyse KPIs, interpret commercial data, collaborate with commercial teams, and prepare insightful dashboards.
• Management reporting – produce monthly management reports, perform deep‑dive analyses, ensure reporting consistency and drive automation.
• Financial modeling & scenario analysis – build and maintain financial models, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and support strategic initiatives.
• Cost optimisation & business support – develop analyses to reduce costs, support market benchmarking and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ad‑hoc & cross‑functional support – provide financial analysis to operating units, collaborate with finance functions and prepare presentations for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in financial analysis, FP&A or similar roles.
• Understanding of financial reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent quantitative, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and reporting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Structured, analytical and detail‑oriented approach.
• Proactive mindset, collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
