Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities for Pierre Fabre Bulgaria, ensuring accurate data flow across functions and alignment with corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Consolidate system‑generated data, validate assumptions and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Vigilance and Information teams.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses using ERP data and reporting tools.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses, ensuring consistency between ERP actuals and management reporting.
• Create data visualisations and improve reporting quality and usability.
• Support month‑end close by validating financial data, reconciling P&L and balance‑sheet accounts and working with Accounting to resolve variances.
• Maintain consistent reporting structures and master data across entities and cost centres.
• Act as purchase referent and supervise main purchase processes.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in finance or management control.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of management control, general accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong computer literacy with a focus on Excel, Power BI and ERP/SAP systems.
• Responsible, deadline‑oriented with good communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
