About the role

Join the Fitbit team in Sofia as a Customer Support Specialist, providing assistance to Danish‑speaking users in English. You will work in a multicultural environment, helping customers resolve device issues and answering everyday usage questions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via tickets and phone calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step solutions for Fitbit device usage.
• Identify recurring problems and report bugs to the supervision team.
• Collaborate with an international team of customer‑friendly colleagues.

Required profile

• Fluent Danish for daily communication with customers.
• Good command of English (minimum B1) for internal communication.
• Empathetic, team‑oriented, and result‑driven attitude.
• Interest in long‑term employment and career growth.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of iOS operating system.
• Basic understanding of Android operating system.
