French Customer Service Representative

About the role

Alorica Bulgaria is looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in French to join its Sofia office. In this position you will contribute to the quality and safety of online content on a major social media platform, handling customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times when interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email, ensuring that accurate and appropriate information is delivered.
• Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases, protecting both the customer experience and the company’s standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and intermediate‑level English.
• Availability for full‑time, on‑site work in Sofia, with a fixed shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekends off.
