About the role

Join a multilingual team providing support for a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. As a German‑speaking Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service while identifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with administrative, billing and product‑related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, updating internal records.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised departments when needed.
• Identify relevant sales opportunities and promote suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1‑C2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
