Head of Sales – Modular Prefab Housing

About the role

We are launching a large‑scale modular prefab housing operation in Bulgaria and need a Head of Sales to build and lead the commercial function. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on selling, especially during the initial market entry phase.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Bulgaria, Western Europe and Northern Europe.
• Recruit, onboard and set targets for a new sales team.
• Build a partner network of distributors, agents and developers.
• Implement CRM, design sales processes and establish a KPI framework.
• Personally lead key high‑value deals during the early period.
• Collaborate directly with senior management on commercial and product priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and high‑value deals.
• Fluent English – the working language for international markets.
• Experience setting up sales processes and pipeline management.
• Background in construction, real‑estate, manufacturing or a related sector is an advantage.
• Familiarity with German, Scandinavian or Benelux markets is a plus.
