HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Join ABB as an HR Business Partner on a maternity cover basis, supporting the Rakovski Electrification Distribution Solutions manufacturing unit. You will ensure HR adds value across the employee lifecycle and collaborate closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand business drivers and align HR initiatives.
• Lead recruitment of production workers and support end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Execute HR priorities while adding value to the business.
• Facilitate effective communication, engagement and collaboration across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience with solid knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
