HR Service Specialist

About the role

ABB is seeking an HR Service Specialist to support its HR community, business managers, and employees. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality HR services across multiple service lines while ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.

Key responsibilities

• Process HR requests related to Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and People Analytics for an assigned employee group.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing HR processes based on customer feedback and experience.
• Communicate HR policies and standards clearly to internal customers to ensure understanding and adoption.
• Prepare accurate reports and documents for external authorities such as social security and tax agencies.

Required profile

• University degree with relevant experience in HR or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of HR practices, methodologies, and English language (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple demands, work with cross‑functional teams, and maintain a proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal customers and external authorities.
