HR Supervisor – Lead HR Operations in Yambol

About the role

Join Yazaki’s Yambol plant as an HR Supervisor, leading daily HR operations and supporting the workforce across recruitment, administration, employee relations and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities, including recruitment, HR administration, employee relations and employee services.
• Supervise and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance and service delivery.
• Oversee blue‑collar recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and employee development to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Bulgarian labour legislation, company policies, internal procedures and GDPR.
• Manage employment documentation, personnel records, organisational changes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling and organisational change initiatives.
• Monitor HR KPIs, drive continuous improvement and ensure accurate reporting, document control and audit readiness.
• Coordinate communication with external authorities and support inspections, audits and compliance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Experience supervising, coordinating or mentoring an HR team.
• Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labour law and employment regulations.
• Experience managing HR documentation, contracts, amendments, terminations and personnel files.
• Experience working with Bulgarian authorities such as the Labour Inspectorate, National Revenue Agency and National Social Security Institute.
• Strong understanding of GDPR requirements and confidential employee data management.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English language skills.
