Junior Accountant – Business Delivery Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join Deloitte’s Business Delivery Solutions team. You will support the finance function by handling both payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable, process purchase documents, and run payment cycles.
• Handle accounts receivable, issue sales invoices, and reconcile cash sales.
• Process bank statements, post entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Enter expense reports in the ERP system and ensure employee reimbursements.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with expense, payroll reviews and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Support periodic financial reporting and adhere to internal communication standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Mathematics.
• Strong command of English (B2‑C1 level).
• Accurate, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Previous experience in a financial process role; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
