Junior Executive

About the role

Kronospan is looking for a Junior Executive in Burgas to support its CEO and contribute to the company's success. The role covers a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to more specialised projects, and involves developing strategies to optimise processes, identify industry trends and recognise development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO entirely
• Work with data, research, analyse and assess implications
• Ensure processes run consistently and effectively according to established guidelines
• Provide analysis with recommended actions
• Negotiate proactively with key customers and suppliers
• Coordinate with other departments and team leaders to manage projects, ensure accurate reporting and improve efficiency
• Review financial statements to identify risks and profit-improvement opportunities
• Contribute to a positive image of the company and its brand

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or a closely related discipline
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
• Ability to take on several tasks and projects at once, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Initiative, independence, results orientation and learning agility
• Full international mobility
