Key Account Manager – HVAC & Building Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive the integration of Bosch and Hitachi HVAC solutions into construction projects across commercial, residential and industrial sectors. You will build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure our products are specified from the earliest design stages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, track and pursue new construction and renovation projects that present opportunities for our HVAC portfolio.
• Establish and maintain relationships with designers, architects, M&E consultants, investors, developers, general contractors and building companies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions and secure specification of Bosch or Hitachi products.
• Act as the product champion for VRF systems and promote the wider range of heat pumps, gas boilers and split air‑conditioning systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project announcements to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical support and marketing to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in key account management, business development or specification sales within HVAC, M&E or construction.
• Proven ability to develop project pipelines and influence specification decisions.
• Strong understanding of the construction market and stakeholder ecosystem.
