Management Consultant – Strategy & Operations

About the role

PwC Bulgaria is seeking a Management Consultant to join its Strategy, People Management and Operations consulting team. You will work on high‑impact projects for private and public sector clients across Bulgaria and Southeast Europe, blending strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client issues, identify root causes and develop solution proposals.
• Coordinate junior consultants and lead field work under a project manager’s supervision.
• Drive project activities focused on People Management and organisational design.
• Gather and synthesise data, conduct market research and performance analyses.
• Prepare concise, evidence‑based reports and engaging client presentations.
• Communicate with client representatives during interviews and workshops.
• Participate in business development and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, HR Management, Organizational Behaviour or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and writing abilities in Bulgarian and English; additional language is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in an intense, dynamic work environment.
