Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Events

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead brand promotion and advertising campaigns across major social media platforms and to coordinate both offline and online events throughout Eastern Europe. The role focuses on the renewable energy sector, supporting the launch of solar, storage, and EV charging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand promotion and advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
• Organise offline exhibitions and events, as well as virtual events, targeting Eastern European markets.
• Develop differentiated marketing strategies for various products and advertising channels.
• Create and maintain an exhibition/events calendar, social media content calendar, and advertising material library.
• Use digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Google Ads) to expand touchpoints with distributors and installers.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise social media advertising data to improve ROI.
• Analyse competitors’ social media content and promotion strategies.
• Produce high‑quality video content for social media to boost brand visibility.
• Provide data support for new promotion plans.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Renewable Energy or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in exhibitions, events, social media operations or e‑commerce advertising within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience with major European exhibitions in Eastern Europe is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel abroad for exhibitions and events.
