About the role

The Operations Finance Data & Reporting Analyst I prepares analyses and metrics for internal management reporting, enhances business tools through automation, and collaborates in a fast‑paced environment to solve project‑related financial challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project setup and maintenance activities.
• Maintain corporate data standards for the Project Finance team.
• Support ERP system data integrity and manage time‑keeping approvals.
• Analyze operational project data against financial metrics.
• Generate internal reports from the ERP system.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for project revenue reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and billing events.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (plus).
• Familiarity with General Ledger or PSA applications like NetSuite and Certinia (plus).
• Strong ability to organize and present data meaningfully.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
