Operations Planner

About the role

Responsible for ensuring reliable production through effective material planning, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization. Aligns demand and supply to maintain service levels, reduce working capital, and minimize shortages and excess stock.

Key responsibilities

• Execute MRP, release purchase orders and expedite critical materials while optimizing inventory and reducing excess or obsolete stock.
• Manage supplier relationships, handle replenishment processes, resolve urgent supply issues and follow up on invoices and payments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations and continuity of delivery.
• Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency through daily material reviews, proactive risk mitigation and working‑capital improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar material‑planning role (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of material‑planning modules within ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Passionate about learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
