PMO Consultant – Deal Value Team (Sofia)

About the role

PwC Bulgaria is expanding its Delivery Deal Value (DDV) team in Sofia. As a PMO Consultant you will support major M&A and carve‑out projects for UK‑based and global clients, working closely with the DDV team in London.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project‑management support throughout carve‑out separations and M&A integration phases.
• Coordinate with the UK team and clients to establish governance, reporting templates and robust delivery plans.
• Deliver regular progress updates to the Leadership Team and manage risks, issues and escalations.
• Assist with resourcing, commercial management, performance monitoring and ad‑hoc requests from senior leadership.
• Support the four core DDV product areas: carve‑out/divestment, M&A integration, operational due diligence, and post‑acquisition performance improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in M&A/deals, PMO, or change‑project consulting.
• Ability to work flexibly across different client projects and adapt to changing market demand.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Background in M&A or deal advisory.
• Project‑management (PMO) experience.
• Experience with change‑management or consulting engagements.
