Product Developer (IC3/IC4) – POS Tribe

About the role

We are looking for two talented Product Developers (IC3/IC4) to join our scaling engineering team at the Sofia head office. Working within the core POS Tribe, you will design and build robust software solutions that handle high‑volume transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new feature sets for the POS Tribe.
• Identify, debug and resolve technical errors and system bugs.
• Monitor and ensure seamless deployment of code to production.
• Drive architectural improvements and evolve the platform footprint.
• Participate in technical discussions to improve scalability and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience as a backend or full‑stack engineer in an agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams and own the software development lifecycle.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Bulgaria head office.
