Product Marketing Manager – Secure Access Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast‑growing team in Sofia. You will be responsible for positioning and promoting our secure and intelligent access control products, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive market success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing, providing actionable insights.
• Support pricing strategies, marketing plans, campaigns and product launches.
• Create product‑related and sales‑enablement materials in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• Gather market and customer feedback and translate it into marketing initiatives.
• Deliver product and competitive training to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Track product marketing performance and report key insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, manufacturing or security solutions.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams across marketing, sales, product management and engineering.
• Experience with pricing strategy, gross profit analysis and product profitability.
• Strong knowledge of product‑marketing methodologies, market research and competitor intelligence.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear, customer‑focused messaging.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools.
