Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support international hiring projects in the production, logistics and blue‑collar sectors. The role is office‑based in the centre of Plovdiv and focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for production and logistics positions, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and international partners to clarify role requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in agency recruitment (international recruitment is a strong advantage) or People Coordinator experience.
• Previous recruitment for production/logistics roles is a plus.
• Degree or ongoing studies in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in start‑up or dynamic environments is a big plus.
• Adaptiveness, proactiveness and strong motivation to grow in recruitment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Native Bulgarian speaker with strong communication skills (phone, Teams).
