About the role

Sports Direct is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a small in‑store team in Sofia. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, maintaining visual standards and driving sales performance.

• Lead a small team within an in‑store department and act as a role model for exceptional customer service.

• Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and ensuring best‑practice commercial processes.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for retail and people, with a confident leadership style.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Motivation to promote Sports Direct values and culture.
