Risk & KYC Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and leadership‑driven Risk & KYC Manager to oversee client onboarding, due diligence and financial crime prevention. The role bridges operational execution with regulatory oversight, ensuring compliance with global AML and KYC regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise KYC analysts and onboarding specialists, conduct performance reviews and training.
• Evaluate high‑risk client profiles and make independent risk‑mitigation recommendations.
• Update and implement SOPs for AML/KYC compliance, adapting to regulatory changes.
• Act as the final checkpoint for complex investigations and resolve escalations.
• Perform regular internal risk audits and compliance testing.
• Investigate and file suspicious activity reports (SARs).
• Serve as the main liaison between operations, legal, compliance and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or Criminology.
• Minimum 5 + years in AML/KYC operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in Fintech or iGaming sectors preferred.
• Deep understanding of AML, CTF and KYC laws.
• Strong problem‑solving and risk‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Clear reporting skills for KPIs and escalation management.
