Sales Administrator (French Speaking)

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a bilingual Sales Administrator to join its international team. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, tracking their lifecycle, and ensuring data accuracy while communicating with colleagues in France and across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in internal systems.
• Monitor orders from creation to completion.
• Maintain accurate data and meet processing deadlines.
• Clarify order details and quotations via Microsoft Teams.
• Handle written communication primarily through email and participate in occasional calls and training sessions with French colleagues.
• Work in a hybrid environment with set hours (Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑19:00).

Required profile

• Strong teamwork attitude and a cheerful disposition.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to rapid changes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in order management or data processing is an advantage.
