Sales Consultant (Spanish/French)

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive partner outreach, support skilling initiatives, and ensure operational excellence throughout the engagement lifecycle. Working closely with Partner Development Managers, you will facilitate structured communication, discovery calls, and follow‑ups to enable scalable partner skilling operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute structured partner outreach, including introductory emails and follow‑ups.
• Maintain communication cadence across all engagement stages (intro, discovery, post‑engagement).
• Coordinate with PDMs and internal stakeholders to align on partner progress.
• Schedule and support alignment, discovery, and engagement calls.
• Develop tailored skilling plans that match partner needs.
• Drive consistent follow‑ups to ensure progress and closure.
• Maintain momentum across partner accounts and support reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in scaling engagement activities across regions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish OR French and a very good level of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in proactive customer support, partner engagement, or program coordination.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
• High attention to detail, process adherence, and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑regional environment.
