Sales Representative - Field Account Management

About the role

As a Sales Representative within the Sales team, you will work as a field employee maintaining and developing positive customer relationships through consultative sales practices. You will establish plans for the retention and growth of customers in your territory and communicate with the office team to ensure excellent customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer relationships and create value through consultative sales.
• Plan the retention and growth of assigned customers in the sales territory.
• Develop technical expertise and knowledge of strategic products and product lines.
• Provide market information and feedback as required.
• Ensure proper merchandising implementation with the Team Leader, customers and the Marketing department.
• Prepare and submit commercial offers and support product promotion such as presentations and training.
• Implement sales plans and engage customers at point of sale to generate sales, cross-sell and upsell.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales role, preferably in traditional trade.
• Fluent Bulgarian and communicative English.
• Driving license category B.
• A willingness to learn, embrace innovation and contribute positively to the company.
