CPI Sales Manager – Mobile Apps Acquisition

About the role

Adstart Media is looking for a CPI Sales Manager specializing in Mobile Apps Acquisition, based in Sofia. The role leads the sales strategy of the Advertising team so that revenue targets are surpassed, and suits someone passionate about affiliate marketing and mobile advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Line Manager to set and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals for the Advertising team.
• Design and run sales strategies for CPI, bringing market-specific expertise and global insights to top advertisers.
• Build relationships with clients and advertising partners, negotiate key contracts and win new business.
• Partner with the Affiliate Team to develop additional revenue channels focused on incentive traffic.
• Manage the CRM database so advertiser information stays current and accessible.
• Report on sales results, campaign analysis and forecasts to improve performance and profitability.
• Represent the company at global industry events and share market insights.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Required profile

• Fluent English, essential for global communication.
• At least 5 years in sales or business development, focused on CPI and mobile apps acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of traffic types, CPI products and business models.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Required skills

• Affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, HasOffers, AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Sales reporting and analytics in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
