French-Speaking B2B Advertising Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

A leading digital sales and marketing solutions organization supporting the French-speaking market is recruiting a French-speaking B2B Advertising Specialist in Sofia. You will manage inbound and outbound B2B sales cycles, engage with commercial decision-makers and drive digital advertising revenue across digital and tech ecosystems. The position is hybrid, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high-volume B2B outreach and consultative sales conversations by phone, email, video conference and professional social platforms
• Engage with key stakeholders and marketing decision-makers to analyse business objectives and identify advertising growth opportunities
• Use lead-generation and prospecting platforms to find new clients and expand pipeline reach
• Manage and track leads through qualification, pitch and closing stages
• Log customer interactions, notes and deal progress in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Pass qualified accounts to the onboarding and account management teams
• Track KPIs, pipeline velocity and revenue targets against quarterly sales goals

Required profile

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2) with strong business communication skills
• Professional English at B2 level or higher
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account acquisition, business development or outbound lead generation
• Prior background in digital advertising, media sales, SaaS or tech solutions is highly preferred
• Solid grasp of digital sales funnels, pipeline management and consultative selling
• Goal-driven, self-motivated with strong organisational habits
