Senior Accountant

About the role

Vistra is looking for a Senior Accountant to join its Sofia office. This full‑time, permanent position offers the chance to work in an international environment focused on helping clients achieve global progress.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and organize bookkeeping and accounting entries for clients.
• Organize work and delegate tasks to subordinates.
• Develop internal controls and supervise proper execution by the team.
• Maintain good client relations, identify needs and potential issues.
• Cooperate with other Vistra departments to ensure service quality.
• Establish communication procedures with clients.
• Authorize payments on behalf of clients based on their approval.
• Act as a proxy for clients and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports in line with international standards.
• Complete timesheets and work‑time evidence.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as requested by superiors.
