Senior Transfer Pricing & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Senior Transfer Pricing & Reporting Specialist will maintain and enhance the Group's transfer pricing documentation, ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and support financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update transfer pricing documentation (Local files, Master file) as corporate structures change.
• Liaise with external consultants, advisors and the Legal team on intercompany agreements, loans and related‑party transactions.
• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Submit regulatory reports (e.g., Basel, CAR, MiFIR, MiCA) and coordinate with auditors.
• Track reporting deadlines, identify process improvements and support Finance & Accounting teams to meet objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience in transfer pricing documentation and strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Big Four audit or accounting experience is highly valued.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
