Social Media Content Review Analyst (Armenian Speakers)

About the role

A large Bulgarian BPO company, recruiting through Cross Border Talents, is looking for a Social Media Content Review Analyst fluent in Armenian for its Sofia location. This is a permanent placement role in a fast-growing international team that helps ensure a positive experience for millions of users every day and resolves online community challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the community and help resolve user inquiries with speed, empathy and accuracy
• Use market-specific knowledge, signals and insights to improve user support
• Stay informed about the client's products and community standards, and make balanced decisions that defend the community
• Investigate and resolve reported issues such as account support requests and reports of potentially abusive content
• Analyze data to find ways to improve the overall user experience
• Enforce the client's Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports
• Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
• Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in Armenian
• Very good level of English
• Awareness of the political and social situation in Armenia
• Knowledge of modern culture, interest in current events, pop culture and the history of Armenia
• Open to flexible working hours
