Social Media Content Review Analyst (Norwegian + English)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Norwegian native speakers for a Social Media Content Review Analyst position in Sofia, Bulgaria. The client is a leading provider of multilingual player support localization and testing services for the games industry, and works with contact center solutions, ITO and creative customer service support in over 50 languages.

Key responsibilities

• View and act on potentially violating content on an ongoing basis
• Conduct objective, fair and unbiased investigations into reported content
• Be an expert on internal policies and stay up to date with policy updates
• Identify and share patterns in reported content to improve performance

Required profile

• Native Norwegian speaker with B2 or higher English
• Ability to process sensitive and disturbing content
• Experience investigating fraud, spam or other inappropriate content is an asset
• Flexibility to work any assigned shifts, including early mornings, overnight, weekends and holidays

Required skills

• High attention to detail and ability to defend decisions with context
• Ability to spot patterns in behaviour that improve decision-making
• Strong organisational and time management skills for shifting priorities and high volumes of work
• Knowledge of pop culture, global events and the culture of the markets served
