System & Process Training Specialist

About the role

The System & Process Training Specialist ensures that all staff at the centre understand, follow, and are proficient in using internal systems and processes. This role standardises training materials, digitises procedures, conducts quality audits and drives performance improvement through regular retraining.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver training programmes on software systems and operational procedures for new and existing employees.
• Provide guidance and support during and after training to ensure practical application of knowledge.
• Develop, design and continuously update training materials such as videos, slides, guides and printed documents.
• Create question banks, assessments and practical tests to evaluate employee competence.
• Collaborate with departments to develop, update and improve SOPs related to IT and software systems.
• Document processes clearly and ensure they are easy to understand and implement.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to assess compliance with established procedures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, identify gaps and implement improvement or retraining plans.
• Perform administrative tasks such as printing, ordering supplies and preparing invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Training Specialist, L&D Specialist or Operations/System Specialist.
• Proven experience in developing training materials, creating SOPs and conducting competency assessments.
• Strong observation, problem‑solving and quality‑control (audit) abilities.
• Proficiency in using management software systems in daily work.
• Excellent teaching, presentation and knowledge‑sharing capabilities.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
