Technical Purchases Ordering Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Purchases Ordering Specialist to join A1 Bulgaria’s procurement team. The role supports the technical divisions by managing purchase requests, orders, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and verify purchase requests from business departments for accuracy and compliance.
• Create and process purchase orders, including invoice handling and delivery protocol verification.
• Support the purchasing and fixed‑asset management processes using SAP, Ivalua and other portals.
• Enter and track business cases in the relevant systems after mandatory training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of technical equipment and services.

Required profile

• Experience with SAP and Ivalua is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile network and technical equipment.
• General understanding of financial accounting.
• Logical thinking, strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); German is an advantage.
