Technical Recruiter & Talent Sourcer (Remote, Bulgaria)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Technical Recruiter or Talent Sourcer with a strong technical background to support our clients’ technology hiring needs. The role is fully remote, based in Bulgaria, and works closely with a UK‑based team to source and engage top tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter with Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain pipelines for ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM roles (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and AI, cyber‑security architects and engineers.
• Maintain candidate data in the internal ATS Loxo.
• Review CVs to assess skills, experience and fit.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate end‑to‑end interview processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or Delivery Consultant (agency, search firm or in‑house).
• Daily hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; certification is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English at C1‑C2 level.
• Strong work ethic, collaborative mindset and ability to work independently.
• Capability to manage the full recruitment cycle end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (Boolean search).
• Loxo ATS.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SAP and Workday platforms.
• Familiarity with AI solution architecture and cyber‑security technologies.
